After a year of intensive calling by pastor/developer Donald Clinton, St. Andrew Lutheran Church of Beaverton, Oregon was organized on March 23, 1953. The congregation worshipped in a house-chapel until it moved to its present site on Butner Road. In 1961 the first church was dedicated. Office space was added in 1966 and classrooms in 1970.
